Notion

Connect documentation for workflow context and approved updates.

Connect a Notion integration so Adria can index your documentation and apply approved workflow proposals.

Prepare your integration

Create a Notion integration with the capabilities needed to read documentation and write the page updates you want Adria to apply. Share the relevant pages with that integration in Notion.

A token alone does not grant access to pages that have not been shared.

Connect it to Adria

Open Settings in the dashboard and find the Notion section. Enter a source name and your integration token, then save the source. The dashboard can start an initial sync when creating it.

Use the source's sync control to refresh its indexed content. Wait for the relevant pages to appear before using them in a workflow.

Choose the workflow scope

When creating a workflow, select the Notion source and architecture root page. Adria uses the connected documentation as context and proposes relevant architecture updates.

Review before application

Workflow page changes require approval. Inspect the proposed page content and evidence in the dashboard before approving a create or update action.

Existing-page updates use the revision they were prepared against. If the page has changed, review the conflict before retrying the proposal.

Resolve missing pages

Check that the integration has access to the page and its intended parent, then sync again. If a page is still missing, confirm its permissions and the selected source before changing the workflow scope.
