Bring your agent setup
Bring your personal agent setup into Adria sandboxes.
Your agent can run with its default setup. If you want your personal instructions, skills, or MCP tools on every computer, import them once from your local machine. This is separate from agent credentials and repository environment files.
Preview an import
Run the import on your local computer:
cube config import codex --dry-runReplace codex with claude or pi. Review the selected files before uploading.
Settings can include secrets, executable hooks, and tools that run code.
Upload and check readiness
cube config import codex --wait
cube config status--wait waits for cloud acceptance. Resource preparation may continue after
the command returns; check status until the import is ready.
Without --wait, the command queues a local upload and returns immediately.
A locally queued import is not yet available in a sandbox.
What is included
Supported imports include personal settings, instructions, MCP definitions, skills, and selected plugins or extensions for the agent. Conversation history and login caches are excluded.
A configured MCP server may still need its own dependencies, network access, or authentication inside the sandbox. An imported definition does not grant access to an external service by itself.
When changes take effect
New Sessions prepare saved configuration before reporting readiness. Existing Sessions apply changed imports on subsequent agent launches.
Import again after changing your local settings. This is not continuous file synchronization. Project-level files checked into the repository arrive through the normal Git checkout.
Remove an import
cube config remove codexRemoving a configuration import is separate from removing an agent credential.
Use cube auth codex --remove to disable future credential delivery.
